I used to love this location, and the management was on top of their game but the last two experiences have been pretty sub par. We come for the pizza and this time the pizza “stuck” to the pan and was delayed an extra 35 mins. It’s always when you plan to make it a quick in and out that something goes awry but this was an hour:45 before the last of our food was delivered. The waitress Karen did what she could but the overall store experience wasn’t good. Dirty plates, had to send a couple back. Then after we ate the first pizza and waited for the second when it arrived it had a hair baked in it. Karen did what she could and comped the pizza I really felt like management should have made a trip to the table but they were absent. The bay city store is 10x better in management, cleanliness, customer service. We’ll be making sure to go to bay city for the Windy City from here forward.

Alcohol is on the pricier side so I don't recommend it here for drinks, although they do actually have some strength to them unlike their competitors across the road. The PIZZA on the other hand is priced well and is absolutely phenomenal it genuinely increased the enjoyment from my stay at the hotel, definitely recommend if you're in the market for a different kind of pizza.
Parking: Parking is connected to the hotel parking when not under maintenance so it's actually super convenient.
10/10 not bad it could be hard be waiting foods severing Name Tammy perfect ? and better manner then Rose Thai food!!

Purchased a classic medium deep dish pizza for about $25. The service was pretty good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The pizza had a very good crust, but there was a bit too much sauce compared to the amount of cheese we got. The overall taste of the pizza was good and we enjoyed our experience. We would recommend if you’re nearby.
