Usually I'm disappointed in McDonald's but I haven't had any bad experiences with the one in St Charles. They have never gotten my order wrong and I have been occasionally going there now for almost 4 years. The food isn't that great but I think that's just a McDonald's thing and doesn't have anything to do with the specific location.

This visit was very very what you would expect. It’s McDonald’s. The food is never great and it’s usually not terrible. You always regret it after you eat it but you keep coming back because it’s convenient and sometimes the only option. Other than it being a little more expensive just like everything nowadays I have no complaints. Reluctantly, I’ll be back probably again this week.

Fresh, hot fast food at a good price. Their app includes a rewards program with nice discounts and good deals with dine in, drive through, curbside and delivery services available. Restaurant staffing was low therefore tables were not wiped, floors needed swept and mopped and the bathroom needed overall cleaning.

Vegetarian options: Many items on menu can be modified to vegetarian for non meat eating persons.
