Murphy Inn is a restaurant known for its accommodating reservation process and friendly staff. It offers a menu with a variety of options, as opposed to an overpriced buffet. The establishment is particularly praised for its Irish dishes, such as the corn, beef, and cabbage, which is considered some of the best this side of Ireland. The fish and chips, chicken noodle soup, and Irish egg rolls are also highly recommended. The restaurant can accommodate large groups and has received positive feedback for its excellent fish, which is cooked perfectly and not overly battered. Customers also enjoy the pizza and wings, which are popular choices for gatherings. The venue has a warm, casual atmosphere with lots of historic charm, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff and bartenders are friendly, providing a welcoming environment with generous, hand-poured drinks. Overall, Murphy Inn is a great local spot that feels like family from the moment visitors walk through the door.
