I ordered they sent it to the wrong address then they complained about sending it to the right address which is my work address not my home address then they arrive and just put it on my porch and it was cold and they were really really rude

If I order online and select curbside pickup they NEVER bring it. They make you come in to get it.My husband sat for 25 minutes, thinking it was just taking them longer than expected to make it. Nope, they had it sitting on a warmer the whole time and wouldn’t bring it out. Smh.

I paid for my order with cash upon picking up the order. My PayPal account was charged 42.38. My order total which was paid in cash was only 29. 68. Had to take time out of my day to contact PayPal to dispute charges I never agreed too.

Ordered on line went to pick up my order and my pizza was stuck to pan and they had to remake while the rest of my order sat on table behind warmer. Ask kid at register if I could speak to manger since now from time of original order to finally getting my order was 50 minutes he informed me he was manager I ask if there was something he could do to make it right for waiting so long his response was we are busy we’re remaking your pizza. Kid clearly knows nothing about customer service and ask me what I wanted him to do I said do what you think is right he said he could put a credit on my account for next time I said do what you think is right he said I am not going to do it unless you tell me to really!! The wings were cold. Not happy with the Saint Clair Pizza Hut they need to understand customer service.

I order from this Pizza Hut probably once a month. Today 9/21 my Pizza was burned and inedible. I leave a 60% tip on the app b4 I pick it up. Didn't look at it till I got home. Never again.
Good for a decent pizza or chicken nuggets.
