ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER, THAT IS A SCOOP OF CHICKEN AND IT LOOKS SMALL BECAUSE I MINUS OUT THE RICE. BASED OFF OF THE MANAGERS RESPONSE AND ADDITUDE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER HORRIBLE AND NEGATIVE REVIEWS BASED OFF THIS EXACT LOCATION.

I went through the drive thru and the speaker announces a pre recorded message that was tough to hear and it mentioned the use of their app. I assumed it was asking if I was using the app for points on my order like other fast food places ask. I said no. I told the gentleman on the speaker I had a mobile order and he mumbled something and I politely asked him what he said as I couldnât hear, and a girl joined in the speaker and talked over him and said âyou said you didnât have an online order so he clicked no and needs a minute to open the screen. Because you said no even though you had an order.â Which I was nothing but patient, I just couldnât hear what he said. Iâm sure they get this mistake often as her frustration showed that, just a reminder to the employees that you donât know what someone is going through or what type of day they are having. Patience and customer service effort is a part of your job and youâre being paid to do so, and as a customer being patient and respectful is my job. And I was nothing less than.
The food was amazing and quick, and usually is. The staff is usually great as well. But the girl on shift around 5pm today should follow lead.

Its basically 10 dollars for a tea spoon of meat, go to the lebanese resturaunt next to verizon and let this place close down for good, id rather cook unseasoned beef on my engine and drive home and put it on a tortilla than eat here

Not impressed. Hardly any chicken in the chicken quesadilla. Skimpy fillings in the tacos also. Reading all the posted reviews it looks like taco bell doesn't care about food quality and service!!!
I had placed an order though the Taco Bell app for delivery and it was never delivered, I had called DoorDash and asked them about what to do for a refund to which they said because I had ordered through the app itself I would have to talk to Taco Bell about the refund and they connected me to the store to which I hear a lady yell âhang upâ and they did. I called back to just the store and was trying to explain to them that I had ordered on the app and because of that DoorDash said to talk to them about the refund and that I was trying to figure out what to do when the lady on the phone started screaming at me telling me how itâs not her problem and how I can go call somewhere els to yell at( I never once raised my voice to the lady) and how she is going to call the police on my number and was continuing to yell at me and hung up on me. I was never once rude and I had only tried to explain why I called again as that was what I was directed to do. These workers were extremely rude!
