Horseshoe Bay Restaurant – Kewadin Casinos St. Ignace

One of the waitstaff, older woman, was frazzled and rude to everyone. She was yelling at everyone who was coming in and telling us that the salad bar was closed. Menu said 7 p.m. It was 6:30. The food was awful!

Came for the poutine which was a good amount of food for the price, love that it’s a smoke free facility, and the waitresses were very nice. Can’t wait to come back and try other menu items

Being on a fundraiser bus trip does not make you less of a customer. They treat people like an inconvenience the way they speak to you is rude and uncalled for. I would look into another casino to do my fundraiser's. I may have got the box lunch that came with the trip but we ordered food also.

Terribly disappointing for a casino restaurant. Have visited several times and there has never been a buffet offered. Ham and cheese omelet is a pocket of grease folded into some scrambled eggs. Service was slow. Prices were high.

Waitress seemed like she had zero interest in being at work today…. Very unfriendly. Unfortunately I had the all you can eat soup and salad for $12.95 US dollars…. About $17 Canadian
Salad was decent, limited toppings and salad dressing choices, potato salad was horrible
Soups were beef barely (which had the consistency of oatmeal with alpo nuggets in it…. It was absolutely gross) the second choice was chili…. 70% kidney beans and the burger had the texture of a running shoe

Would not return nor recommend

Ate here for breakfast. Had the ham and cheese omelette with hash browns/toast. Great price. Beautiful view looking out over the water.

Unfortunately my husband received a fish and chip basket with hair wrapped up in it. The waitress was apologetic and got him a new plate but then the manager came out not concerned about what just happened to us but more concerned with his waitress doing what he said if the dining room was full. Just didn’t feel like they cared . Will never eat here again. At least the host was nice and caring.
