I've had several pasties, I get one each time I go to the UP. This was the best I've had so far. The pastry was soft and flaky and the fillings were generous and flavored to perfection. The ultimate comfort food!
Person behind the counter was so friendly! We were looking for vegetable pasties, which they didn’t have today. But he gave us a recommendation for another local spot to grab some during our visit! We’ll definitely be back to try again on our next trip!
The lady at the counter seemed grumpy for some reason. The food was average - not bad, but not worth writing home about. Good if you want a quick, filling lunch. No indoor seating, so just note that.
