I'm a Michigander and have lived here my whole life. Whenever we travel, we can't help but compare fudge because the Mackinac area is famous for it. We see "Mackinac" fudge all over the country and so we have to try it. Naturally, when it's not fresh it's not as good. But still, no place can compare to Murdick's. Not even the other fudge shops in the UP. The only place I'd say comes in close second is Frankenmuth Fudge Kitchen. If you like fidge, definitely don't skip past Murdick's.

Murdick’s made fudge for our wedding. They were friendly and helpful during the ordering process, and our order was ready for pickup when expected and tasted great! Laura was great to work with.

I have been a customer here for MANY years always stopping on my way back to California or now Las Vegas. I'm a transplanted Yooper. Grew up in the UP. My last visit this past weekend was somewhat different in that, as a Disabled Veteran, I'm now in a wheelchair. Imagine my surprise when I realized I could not even get in the door because of the door sill with no mini-ramp. Aren't ALL businesses required to comply with ADA allowing wheelchair access. C'mon Murdrick's get with the program . FYI you lost well over $100 in sales on 31 July 2023

The fudge was pretty good but way over priced. The workers were not very friendly either

It was cool seeing the fudge made In front of you. The Carmel and the peanut butter were our favorite

The only place to get true fresh og fudge. I just am not liking their yearly price hikes. :( $13 for a slab of fudge is ridiculous
We always get fudge from Mackinaw City and it is delicious

In a place that has a fudge shop every 100 feet this was the shop that everyone recommended. The fudge was deliciously creamy and vey rich. They have a great selection and the staff always had a smile on their face no matter how busy they got. Be careful, the selection is so big and everything looks so delicious, it is easy to order more than you need.

This place is great!!!!! Staff were so knowledgeable and we loved chatting with them. Who knew there was so much intricacy in fudge-making?!
