Great pasties! Generous portions and delicious beef pasties with a terrific pastry and hearty fillings. In my opinion no visit to the UP is complete without a yummy pastie and Sposito’s gets it done and done right! The atmosphere is quintessential UP, friendly, fast and not fancy but with food this good it doesn’t need to be fancy!
Do not get the chicken pastie as the chicken is the grilled pieces that you get in a bag at the grocery store, lots of grisle and fatty pieces. The gravy was really good and the cherry pies were delicious.
I have had their pasties twice on trips to the UP.
They were the best I've had, no extra crust at the joint, plenty of delicious filling, and the gravy (no ketchup for me), was wonderful.
PS: Desert pasties are delicious, too.
