Usually have great coffee/service here for sure! This last time I ordered a butter bear and when they called it up it was a spotted owl. It's ok, my friend it was for still liked it. Just a mishap and I know they would have remade it for me, I just don't like to waste. I DO wish there was more space/seating in Biggby in SJ. I like to hold meetings here with the team sometimes and it's a little cramped.

I requested a 16 oz Campfire cold brew but I don't like the taste of coffee so I asked them if it was a sweet drink or not. They accommodated me and added extra flavoring/sweetener to my drink just to make sure I would like it. I thought that was so nice. When they handed my drink to me (I ordered in the drive thru) I realized they went above and beyond to write a little message on top and it had a smiley face ?? It was a plastic cup but I washed it to use for my coffee at home the next day just because it made me smile. Thank you Biggby!

So I have to give this place all the credit in the world to this establishment. They always have the very best staff. At this point, they are more the reason I go. They make the whole trip worthwhile. They do make fantastic drinks, and donut holes are also amazing. So yes, I highly recommend this establishment.

my girlfriend ordered from here and it got delivered to the wrong place, when they called the store to ask for a refund or for it to be redelivered they were told the store couldn’t do either, they spent over $30 and only got $7 back and no redeliver. the store was unprofessional and did the bare minimum to “fix” the mistake. as well as the awful service, the food was extremely overpriced, they got a bagel sandwich and im pretty sure that was all. extremely disappointing, ive never personally tried it and i most likely never will
This is not a good product. They over-roast the beans and add a ton of syrup to mask poor quality coffee, so you're left with something that tastes like cigarette ash and corn syrup.

Very unprofessional and makes me wonder if they have been held accountable for their immature public slandering the employees have publicly posted to the small local businesses and having their friends associated with them do the same.
