Usually have great coffee/service here for sure! This last time I ordered a butter bear and when they called it up it was a spotted owl. It's ok, my friend it was for still liked it. Just a mishap and I know they would have remade it for me, I just don't like to waste. I DO wish there was more space/seating in Biggby in SJ. I like to hold meetings here with the team sometimes and it's a little cramped.

I requested a 16 oz Campfire cold brew but I don't like the taste of coffee so I asked them if it was a sweet drink or not. They accommodated me and added extra flavoring/sweetener to my drink just to make sure I would like it. I thought that was so nice. When they handed my drink to me (I ordered in the drive thru) I realized they went above and beyond to write a little message on top and it had a smiley face ?? So I have to give this place all the credit in the world to this establishment. They always have the very best staff. At this point, they are more the reason I go. They make the whole trip worthwhile. They do make fantastic drinks, and donut holes are also amazing. So yes, I highly recommend this establishment.
