My husband and I ordered the weekly special, Philly steak and cheese in a bowl with a side of chili. Very good... Staff was patient as I read the entire menu to my legally blind husband. Thank you for your kindness. I googled restaurants open near me and just came across this place by accident. I'm happy to say we will be coming back.

Waited for Crave to open up at 11am yesterday so my coworkers and I could order food online due to us not being able to leave work and pick it up, we had someone that was going to pick it up for us. Added everyone’s order to our cart and was hopefully going to pick a time slot before our own busy rush so we can make sure we have time to eat. The first time slot I was able to select was 12:45pm. Not to mention I was ready to place my online order at 11:20am and they had only been open for 20 minutes. Almost an hour and a half to wait for 2 bowls, 1 burrito, and 2 orders of chips/queso.
I decided to call to see if I can order over the phone and maybe it’ll be quicker. I call and I was told that they cannot take orders over the phone and I am only able to order online when their lobby is open. I explain to the girl that the time I was able to select online was almost an hour and a half wait and she apologized and said that I can either order online and wait a while or come in to order. My pick up person did not have time to wait that long and did not want to go in and order, just wanted to pick it up for us. We ended up ordering lunch from somewhere else in town and we got it in a half hour.
The Crave Shack is very delicious and we were very disappointed that there were no other ways to order conveniently and get it in a timely matter.

On a trip from southern Indiana to Merrill, MI for work, got pulled over in St. Johns by Officer Michael Brown. After our exchange, I asked where was a good place to eat, he suggested this place. I absolutely LOVED the food. I got a chicken bowl with some sort of pineapple cilantro stuff on top. Amazing. Small Diner style area that was quickly packed after we arrived. I will likely be traveling up there again for work and will definitely stop here to eat again.

1st time here and sadly my last time here, wanted to try it due to everyone loving it.. It was definitely a miss for me.. The atmosphere is deader then a McDonald's, I'll give credit to it looking different,very very clean and nice, just absolutely dead and alone, no music for the vibe that the shack provides itself, the food was just warm enough and the drinks are warmer then the food itself.
