Surely the barista knows when coffee stored in pumpers is getting tepid. Apparently they don't know or don't care. A recent experience ordered two medium cups and both were luke warm. The barista and counter person obviously wanted to be somewhere else and weren't trying to provide even subpar service. Sigh.

I ordered a turkey and havarti on Asiago with cream cheese on both sides. There was no cream cheese on my bagel, and when I asked for cream cheese the girl working was very unkind and appeared too busy to help despite me being one of the only customers in the place. There was trash all over the ground and gloves were not worn. Will not be returning to this location

Looking for delicious coffee and this is one of my faves. Great location & blocks from the bluff for a perfect sunset. I personally prefer my coffee black hot or cold. Delicious to say the least. Decent service and great relaxing atmosphere. Overall I think this is worth multiple visits. Looking forward to coming back!

Its took too long time for just egg cheese begal I order with latte Same time employees give me latte but my hot latte converts into cold latte automatically during waiting for begal .

Walked in and waited a minute the lady said hi. I waited for her to finish making what she was making. Then she just started to make another one. It happen again. I asked if I could order. She said she had too many online orders. So I left. I was there waiting. How about we help people who are there.

Izzy and Tina were amazing and so accomodating this morning!! I asked for a special order... as i I explained what i wanted... they looked at each other... made a few suggestions and without hesitation or any resistance, made a special order. Made my day. In todays world, that speaks loudly to me!! Thank you for your 5 star service, it was greatly appreciated! 👏👏👏👏👏

They seem to not want to honor any coupons that the biggby franchise offers. Went in with a bogo from the west Michigan biggby page and they say they aren’t a part of west Michigan biggby but are a part of “Rising” biggby..? (Which doesn’t have a Facebook page.) Last time I checked, St. Joe is located in West Michigan. Owners seem cheap. Also my drink didn’t taste right.

This Bigby is the best bigby I've been to. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I really find this location peaceful to work on different projects and meet with friends. 10 out 10 would recommend!

Friendly and fast! Staff is always in a good mood even with a huge summer line. Bummed they didn’t offer the decaf iced coffee this summer - and now the BOGO Wednesday is gone. No real reason for me to stop anymore with local brewers so close.
Parking: Parking can be tricky in the summer. The lot isn’t very big and services several businesses in the same strip. Off season parking is plentiful.
