My husband and I went to The Buck for lunch today, it was amazing! He had the Olive burger I have the protein bowl, both very good we highly recommend!! Our server Katie was very friendly and helpful! Loved the atmosphere.
60 years ago, in downtown St. Joseph, there was a dive bar called The Silver Dollar Cafe. Locals referred to it as “The Buck”, and it was one of the few places open past midnight that teenagers could go to hang out. Sticky floors, cheap drinks, and the occasional brawl all added to the experience.

We travel to St Joe often. We love it! This time Bucks Burgers and Brew was open. This is the Best place I’ve been to hands down! The atmosphere, it’s a clean place and we loved the upstairs area. The beer shrimp is the closest to the Chesapeake Bay I’ve gotten. The clam chowder was perfect and the chili was awesome too! Definitely found my favorite place in St Joseph. Thank you
