🍦Great Scoops but Could Use Sweeter Service. The ice cream was really good and portions were generous, but the employees could definitely be friendlier and more welcoming. Brought my 4 kids here on a Saturday night in September. We started out as the only ones in the store, but even though there were 3 or 4 employees behind the counter there were no smiles.
We ventured into this ice cream shop on a late afternoon stroll. All of the staff were friendly teenagers. My husband ordered and devoured a medium sized rocky road. I had a youngman surprise me with a flavor of his choice. After getting input from another employee they settled on lemon cheesecake. It literally had smashed cheesecake graham cracker crust and all. It was really sweet, rich, and delicious. The portions are generous and we got our money worth.
You wait in line and there is no sign posted anywhere with the flavors. So, when you get up to order, you have to try to get around all the people in front of you who are blocking the cases. The Ice cream flavors are handwritten, with no description and mostly unreadable. If you like really, really, really sweet Ice cream, they do give a decent size scoop for the money.
