Friendly staff, great service, and the milkshake was delicious!
Everything I have had here is delicious. The line is always shorter than Kilwins. They also often have live music. The staff is mostly kids so IDK what other reviews were expecting regarding service
I just left there. I should probably thank you for stopping me from spending 8 dollars on a milkshake.
I got there shortly after 12 noon. There was literally four customers inside at tables. No other customers apparently waiting for their orders. I stood there for over five minutes. No greetings, no "I'll be right with you". At least two employees made eye contact with me, and then ignored me.
