We have gone to St Joseph Michigan almost every year for the past 5 years. The Chocolate Cafe was one of our favorite places until this year. I don't know if it's under new management or what, but they are out of a lot of their products, and when it's 75 degree outside, the doors are open leaving in hot and humid air, which is not conducive for ice cream and chocolate. We were very disappointed. The staff seems not to even care. It was so sad to see such...
Perfect little spot to cool down, sip coffee, and enjoy some ice cream. The round the building windows give a breath taking view of the busy downtown.
