They’re always rude when I come in. Donuts always nasty. I sipped a hair out of my latte and when I came back in there to ask for a remake, the lady who’s hair was in my drink remade it and offered no apology or anything for that matter for the inconvenience of having to drive back. Then the owners looking at me like I’m stupid. Pathetic honestly. Won’t be going back.

Unfortunately, the quality of donuts has diminished greatly. Also, the selection is minimal. My usual used to be a sour cream or french cruller, both of which are never available anymore. My husband likes the cream filled long john but it is rare to find these as well. When we tell you what we miss, don't try to tell us that the others are the same. They are not. But Martins and Meijer has some of these everyday.The donuts that they have don't look fresh and appetizing and they taste old too. What happened to the variety of soft, fresh, delicious donuts that Dunkin is known for?Dunkin, as a company, should stop worrying about fancy new food and get back to their roots by making a good variety of delicious donuts.

Rachel and Destiny are lifesavers! I pulled up a few minutes before close tonight and I had a 3 hour drive home. I needed coffee for the drive, there was only a little bit left so they brewed a new batch. Thank you ladies!! You're the best! And the coffee tasted great!

They do not treat customers right they do not treat the workers right they don’t train the workers and that hit on some of there workers and they pick on the disability work that work there they are rude disrespectful and they do not know how to train the workers I use to work here and they use to hit me and pick on me because of my disability I was only working there for a week and manager was hitting on me didn’t train me and I didn’t know how to do nothing there And the Manager was yelled at me and was hitting on me

Unexpected personal service. That was what I got from this store through the comments I made to get a free donut. My wife enjoys an apple fritter as a special treat. Dunkin brands decided to change the recipe and she was disappointed by the new fritter. I explained this in my comments on line just so the Dunkin Donut chain would know. I got an unexpected email back from this local store telling me that if I ordered ahead they would make me the apple fritters my wife loved. That was an unexpected but delightful outcome to my problem.
