It's okay. Your typical chain franchise owned facility though. So they each have their own little quirks. I will say recently they seem to have stepped up their customer service at this location.
Overpriced… I’m used to Starbucks and with a vanilla latte you get 2 expressions shots with an extra coating 80 cents… here I tried to get a large iced coffee & they wanted to charge me $1.99 for ONE EXTRA SHOT! Basically paying $6 for milk with one shot of expreso

Dunkin' provides exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customers' needs. The staff is kind and accommodating, even brewing a fresh batch of coffee for a late-night customer. The food, including the apple fritter, looks and tastes great. The atmosphere is welcoming, representing the Dunkin' brand well. Customers can expect a delightful experience with a clean, well-maintained location and a friendly staff that offers stickers for kids. The coffee is consistently good, and the whole experience is at a reasonable price.
