The pizza was delicious!!! Way better than another local pizza place! We had “The D” - just an excellent hand tossed pepperoni and cheese pizza - sauce was great, pepperoni was curled and perfectly crispy, not too cheesy and we ate every bit of the crust! We paired our pie with a Greek salad that was restaurant worthy - olives, tomatoes, beets, feta, cucumbers- it was delicious! Not your typical pizza place salad. We can not recommend this restaurant enough!!...
We chose to build our own pizza.This Detroit Style Pizza (DSP) was tasty. Ingredients were fresh (mushrooms, onions and Italian sausage). Like DSP’s, the edges had strong crunch, the Say Cheese (mozzarella and brick blend) was reminiscent of Buddy’s Pizza in Detroit. Red sauce on top was very good. My order was a takeout, and not dine in, so I did not feel I should rate the service, but no issues with checkout.
We had a deep dish, and it was really good. A little pricey for 4 pieces, but good. We had the garlic knots, and those were phenomenal. Then we had a plain cheese pizza, which was okay. The environment itself is pretty cool. I love the old-school arcade games, and my kids enjoyed them too. They definitely could use some extra help. There was one guy trying to do everything. The wait was pretty long for our food to come out. But overall, it was good.
