So I ordered 9 footlongs online for pickup in St. Joe. Then I had to order another 2 sandwiches. There was only 1 person working and it's 4th of July, 3 people ahead of me. Just want to say thank you to Sara she was very calm, she let everyone know she was the only one working, she was very sweet and did a great job with all the orders.
I blame myself for going back. I have always been disappointed going to Subway. They always over promise and under deliver. They have always advertised overstuffed subs, and what you get is a minimally filled sub bun.
Lately, they stepped up their advertising with celebrities and famous sports personalities promising new subs and a better experience.

Was feed a chicken sandwich that wasn't heated up not even with microwave and got sick
When normally it's get heated up even when the toaster is broken i even asked and was denied
