We love this place. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Great food and menu choice. However, every latte I order has always been lukewarm - never hot. The flavor is wonderful but I love a hot, steaming latte. Next time I will specify to steam the milk longer.

I love the warmth and atmosphere at Carrigans! The same people are always there making drinks/food/behind the register and they are all lovely people! The warm exposed brick interior with the wooden floors has always attracted me since it was a Sweetwaters in 2000, through My Favorite Cafe and now Carrigans for quite a few years at this point.
The food and coffee has also improved ov2r the years. Though I miss the espresso and ice cream drink they once had....
