Quickly Boba Cafe - Saline

I've been to this location a few times, and both the staff and the food itself have been GREAT. My complaint is more related to the confusing nature of the menu. I literally got just flavored milk and boba the first/second time because it wasn't clear that there wasn't tea in it. If you want just a standard bubble tea, you have to order the Milk Tea and then add the tapioca pearls in. The menu is really confusing if you're used to regular boba cafes. But the staff has made up for it!

Overall, Quickly Boba Cafe will do the job if you want to scratch your Boba itch, but there is better (highly recommend Sip in Ann Arbor). I got the iced carmel latte with pomegranate pop Boba. I did order the large, not noticing that it was 32 ounces. That's on me. The carmel base was fine and was nice when I got some of the Boba, but the ratio was way off. No where near enough Boba to base.

I also got the Nutella mochi waffle. I honestly was really excited about it, but it did not live up to my expectations. It felt flat and didn't have any flavor. Overall, this was the big disappointment of the meal.

All that being said, Quickly Boba is incredibly clean and well designed. The staff was friendly and made sure everyones order was processed efficiently and correctly. I will come back to try their other things, but I'm not in any rush.

My kid & I made our first visit here today! My kid had a berry smoothie and the mac & cheese bites. I got the taro milk boba tea & vegetarian spring rolls.

When I looked this place up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have an extensive food menu too. The service was good. The prices were fair especially considering the quality of everything.

I've been here three times and tried my best to appreciate the bubble tea, since my daughter enjoys the coolers. However, each time I was disappointed. The first time, my milk tea was missing the boba that I ordered, the second time the boba latte came, minus the boba. The third time, my cooler came with barely any agar as it hardly covered the bottom of the cup. Disappointing, but I tried.

The place that Quickly is housed in is gorgeous to say the least, and the atmosphere is very much the same. However, I cannot say the same about the quality of the drinks. I’ve visited Quickly at least 10 times, and of those times I’ve been impressed with maybe 1-2 of them. To have a 90% dissatisfaction rate for drinks that have costed me $7-$10 per is crazy. The quality of drinks is subpar at best, and I’ve sent back a number of drinks to be remade because they tasted of water. I wish I could love this store more, but paying $10 for a drink that is never the same quality is something I’ll never do again. I tried a milkshake from their new soft serve machine today and it tasted like nothing. I do not have a tasting disability by the way. Lol. Their food here is good, just need to work on the drinks.

Had stopped by today and what a gesture they showedto a customer - absolutely cordial. I ordered a mocha which they not only made perfect but also made sure I was satisfied with sugar etc else they said they would just make again. This is what I loved about them that they offered such personalized touch in providing the service and for argument sake, even if it was from a business perspective, I would say they nailed it. Go Quickly - we are here to support. You became my go to place with a book to sit and enjoy your snacks and drinks.

I love these guys. I’m not a google reviewer, but when i do it’s either atrocious or, in this case, absolutely wonderful! I’m happy to share that the Saline Quickly location is ran by awesome management and support staff who never disappoint in filling that boba NEED <3 10/10 will be here again <3

I came in a few months ago with my brother and sister to hang out and we all had a great time! The drinks were yummy and the curly fries were crispy and delicious, I extremely recommend getting them with the curry dipping sauce! This shop is currently my favorite boba tea place! Can't wait to come back!

Service was okay. The Vietnamese coffee was BAD. I've had a really hard time finding good Asian food/drinks here in Michigan. My Vietnamese coffee from here was like 75% condensed milk and was NOT enjoyable. Also a super icy boba. Would not recommend. Hopefully it goes uphill.
