Authentic clean adventures sushi! Biwako sushi nestled in a strip mall in Saline Michigan this restaurant includes a sushi bar which is full of fun and delicious eats. I love to play on rolls names they have names that connect you with MI roots like Spartan & Ann Arbor and the wolverine . Biwako is one of my favorite places to come eat. The service is always top tier and the atmosphere is cozy and bustling. Out of all of the times I've visited and tried something new here, all of the food has been absolutely delicious. They just never miss!Parking: Parking is usually plentiful unless its a Friday night.

This was my first time here and I'm pretty sure this is going to easily become my favorite sushi spot! The staff is super friendly and the wait wasn't too crazy at all. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I have social anxiety and sensory issues so I usually just get food to go but I don't think I'll ever do that here.
