Had stopped by today and what a gesture they showedto a customer - absolutely cordial. I ordered a mocha which they not only made perfect but also made sure I was satisfied with sugar etc else they said they would just make again. This is what I loved about them that they offered such personalized touch in providing the service and for argument sake, even if it was from a business perspective, I would say they nailed it. Go Quickly - we are here to support. You became my go to place with a book to sit and enjoy your snacks and drinks.

I love these guys. I’m not a google reviewer, but when i do it’s either atrocious or, in this case, absolutely wonderful! I’m happy to share that the Saline Quickly location is ran by awesome management and support staff who never disappoint in filling that boba NEED <3 10/10 will be here again <3

I came in a few months ago with my brother and sister to hang out and we all had a great time! The drinks were yummy and the curly fries were crispy and delicious, I extremely recommend getting them with the curry dipping sauce! This shop is currently my favorite boba tea place! Can't wait to come back!
Service was okay. The Vietnamese coffee was BAD. I've had a really hard time finding good Asian food/drinks here in Michigan. My Vietnamese coffee from here was like 75% condensed milk and was NOT enjoyable. Also a super icy boba. Would not recommend. Hopefully it goes uphill.

I had always wanted to try a Boba tea, and for one reason or another, I have never had one. On another errand at a strip mall, I noticed this business right away and stopped in after finishing my shopping and dinner takeout. I like the whole experience and there are so many choices. Being a new Boba tea customer, the staff was very helpful in helping me select a drink. I chose Tiger as a base with Thai and black tea. I like Chai spice, and Thai was a similar taste. There are many toppings to add, and multiple can be added for a truly custom drink. I chose a favorite caramel and the Boba to complete the drink. I went up to the counter to place my order to get advice and suggestions. The kiosk would be handy also. I like the fact that the drink was sealed with plastic, and the straw is thick due to the Boba. The business is clean and spacious, and I could see how it would be good for students completing coursework on laptops or gatherings of friends and coworkers. It is in a strip mall near the Saline Emagine and would be a good place pre and post movie to gather. Thanks Quikly for a great first time experience

I decided to come here with some friend to try for the first time. While waiting for my order, the staff were more worried about calling people about their orders, which is fine, but one the workers were calling their husband from the cash register. After 30 minutes of watching the employees fool around, my drink comes out and an extra 5 minutes for my food. I spent over $20 on my order just for my drink to just taste like water, crab Rangoons to be almost burnt on the outside but raw on the inside with absolutely NO filling in them, and my musubi to be BARELY COOKED and fall apart from being so soggy. My friend who ordered chicken was also did not enjoy. Definitely will not be coming back and will not be recommending to anybody else, the Ann Arbor location is definitely way more worth the drive!!!

Their customer service is amazing! They are so kind, cheerful, and welcoming! Their mochi waffles are delicious, and just like the description, they are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The jasmine milk tea is also really well balanced and the boba is tender.
