We went thru the drive thru and ordered. Got to the window and they were fast at taking our money but real slow in making our food while 2 girls stood with their backs to the window. Our food was real sloppy.

Woman who took out order was SO friendly and patient. She was a dog lover and I certainly will be telling the Bell about her. She was knowledgeable about prices and DESERVES a higher position/pay rate! Even when under going road construction and renovations they still find plenty of time to be professional courteous and polite. A++. I went to Drive through, no wait. Wonderful staff. Clean environment. Awesome!!

Asked for a special order and the line person gave an attitude as to what I was asking for instead of asking questions and clarifying right in front of customers. Everyone else was pleasant and awesome.
