If you are open till 8 that means you serve until your closed correct? I came to your establishment friday january 30th, during BUSINESS hours and tried to order a bagel and was told your not serving food at this time. You were still open for 20 mins I have never been told anywhere else you cant get food 20 minutes before you close. I truly felt the annoyance from your employees that I even came through your drive thru. Im sorry its a friday night and your ready to close But you weren't closed you were in fact open. Im sorry you didn't want to serve me because you were ready to shut the lights off, count the drawer, and lock the door! I get it I have been in your shoes but one thing i never did was deny a customer because i didnt want to have to reclean something or drag out product. But I was headed to work and very hungry and your the last stop on my long drive out of sanford. Im very disappointed with this location. This isn't the only issue I have had either sadly. But I try to support your business but you didnt want mine so I will just not come back here Very upset and very hungry! your friday night staff needs to be reminded what your business hours are.

We stopped at this bigbees on our way home from visiting family. I would have never stopped here if I would have knew what Id had gotten myself into. They took our order right away at the speaker sense there was no line. We ordered a 20 ounce vinilla bean frapichino with no expresso and a 20 ounce hot matcha green tea latte. We pulled up to the window and they did not even open the window for us to pay till 10 minutes of sitting there. And when we where sitting there for that 10 minute they where inside sweeping the floor, because building is more important than customers right? And when they did finally give us our drinks they make the hot matcha green tea latte a iced drink and not hot so basically it was all ice and no drink but also that is not even what we asked for. And the Frappuccino had no wip on it. I’m a big bigbee person but this one is terrible will not be visiting again. 12/27/25

Normally I have a good experience! However, I placed my order and only had a $100 bill and no other payment method. They could not break the bill so they could not serve me. Disappointing!

Drive thru service was great until they forgot my cream cheese and when we tried to ask for it at the window they insisted we would have to get back in the drive thru lane again which was 4 cars long :(

All I asked for was a coffee with half pump vanilla and 2 creamers blended and was told it couldn't be done so we left. Pretty basic and clear what I wanted. Annoying and now I won't go back.

We went to this Biggby on 5-24-25 at around 3pm on our way to my nephew’s. First I ordered a frozen mocha, no garnish, and chocolate chips stirred not blended in. When I got the drink there was no mocha flavor, just a touch of coffee flavor. I went back and told the young lady this and she said they made it the standard way, but that the would remake it, the same standard way so it might be the same. I pulled up to the window and she told me she had to have the bad drink to which I told her she’s not supposed to take it back, I didn’t care because I definitely was not going to drink it. She gave a small grunt and told me she had to. I have been to a lot of Biggby’s and they they can’t even take back a straw once it’s out the window, let alone a drink, again wasn’t going to drink it anyway, but I didn’t need the attitude when I was trying to help her. Very disappointed because when I got the second drink it had the same touch of coffee flavor, this time with a touch of mocha flavor, but still terrible. I even had my daughter try it, maybe my taste buds were off, but nope, it was still almost flavorless. I love Biggby and go quite often to the ones in Midland, this is the first time I got attitude and a bad drink, but as a customer I could do without both.

This is my favorite Biggby location! I love the staff. They are super kind. They always seem very happy and I appreciate it. I have really never been disappointed with the food or drinks I've ordered there. They always provide me with plenty of coupons so I almost never have to pay full price. Thanks guys!!
