Last week when we went. Ordered a #7 and they tried to “complete” my order without giving me my French fries… today I had it delivered because I have a sick kiddo and they forgot the fries!! And y’all want to be paid $15/hr😂 yah, no. Y’all suck. I’ll be driving to the Midland one from now on.

I absolutely love this place. I know sometimes they are completely swamped and overwhelmed with the amount of orders they're getting but they always come through in some way and always make it right. Recently had an issue with my debit card and was sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do at 10:30 at night after work and two workers came out giving me my order for free saying that they appreciate my business and hope everything ends up working out for me. I truly appreciate everyone who works there and I highly recommend that you go to this McDonald's because even if your order takes a little bit longer the customer service and attention to your actual feelings and everything really do matter at this place

Was told to pull up to parking spot one for a five dollar meal and waited half an hour for my food and then went in to find that they had forgotten about my order/ Took another 5 minutes to make it. I don’t have a problem coming here normally But the last few times that I have, I’ve had nothing but issues.
