My boyfriend and I walked in to order food after a long day and a girl with blonde hair maybe the manager and a guy on the evening shifts unsure but she was very rude, talking bad about customers and how it’s fast food what do people expect and how work schedules suck etc. I ordered 2 5 layer burritos and some other things. Chips were thrown in the bag all over I had to turn around and go back because my I was missing a burrito. I walk in and show my receipt let her know what I was missing very kindly.. and she responds with yup that happens things are missed with the nasty look on her face. I said thank you etc she throws the bag on the counter as I say thank you again and she rolls her eyes and walk away. Very unprofessional and will never return to this Taco Bell again….. the food was horrible as well but I won’t get into that. Do better kindness is free….

I tried, but after the 4th time of my food tasting like bleach, I will no longer visit this location. Lukewarm food, tiny portions of meat and half hour waits.. I don't know why they even bother staying open if the food and wait times are consistently atrocious.

To be honest, I don't usually give everyone five stars but I come here and buy food for friends and family. I usually don't eat it, but I buy it for someone else and every time I come here, the girls that work at the pick up window are always very nice and very welcoming. Promote them now. Also very good food. They're always opening the window with their smile as big as it can. Very nice to see very refreshing. Keep up the good work ☺️🙂

Here is no person to answer questions when trying to place an order. I will pass on sanford, mi taco bell and if this is where taco bell is going, I will be visiting other vendors.
Burritos were perfectly wrapped, and well made, the loaded nachos were loaded, and the young fellows working were courteous and professional, out of the 3 Taco Bells in the area, this one is becoming the best one.

It seems the past 3 months no issues of the food have been addressed. Just recently got some food here. It is not good what so ever unfortunately. The people were great and friendly. But the franchise owner needs to step in and train there employees properly. or Taco Bell need to step up and do something about this.

This was the worst taco bell i’d ever gone to, today i ordered a taco, two nacho fries and a diet drink..it took them literally half an hour for my order and they forgot my drink and the extra sauce i PAID for. Take it from me and don’t waste your time here, staff was rude as hell and i won’t be stepping in this disgusting taco bell again.
