I was going to allot 4 stars due to the length of time it took to get our 3 sandwiches on a not busy day, but once tasting the sandwiches I had to give 5 stars. Delicious and well-priced, would recommend.

So bad I had to throw it away, they were advertising their new boba and I got some super excited for it to be so nasty and very artificial tasting (the whole entire drink) $10 but the ones from other places are $7 and taste great

This shop is wonderful. They were so kind to us with our dog, giving him a free bit of vanilla ice cream and cold, fresh water to drink. Of course the ice cream was amazing. Love it here.

Paid over $11 for a "large" size smoothie, however the cup was small. This place has movie theater prices with small portion sizes. In addition to being overpriced, service was slow and the server was rude. He refused to hand us our tray of smoothies, instead he lectured us about having the receipt "ticket" available for him to see. He had a terrible attitude and it was a very unpleasant experience.

Best place in Saugatuck!! We were in Saugatuck for 5 days with my family. We had a chance to try their delicious foods,ice cream, and also smoothies. I tried Mediterranean panini and jerusselam. It was delicious, fresh and well serviced. High quality, fast and kind service 10/10.

My family and I were enjoying a nice day in Saugatuck and had a craving for ice cream. We saw the Hudsonville Ice Cream sign in the window and decided to go into Boardwalk which was cramped and unimpressive. They had a limited selection but we all found a flavor to get a single scoop. We weren't thrilled about paying $6 for a single scoop but oh well.....its ice cream. As we sat down on the deck to enjoy our $6 scoop, a staff member exited the front door and within 3 feet of us began hitting her vape pipe like it was an inhaler during an asthma attack and blowing the peach vape exhaust all over the place while she talked on her phone. When I confronted her, she looked confused and said well I can't vape indoors to which we replied, "so you choose to do it in front of your shop where we are trying to enjoy our ice cream?" She didn't have much to say but did move away. My suggestion is that if you are craving ice cream in Saugatuck, pick one of the many places in town that understand family values and common courtesy. Boardwalk certainly does not.

Almost passed this one up, glad we didn't. Had the Bavarian panini, very good. Sweetie had turkey sandwich, also good. There are some tables outside, our dog was able to sit out there with us and be a pest. ?. Would definitely go back. You could get your food to go and sit in the park..

This place is amazing! I had a new england wrap and my sister had the california wrap. Both were delicious with the perfect blend of flavors that are light and refreshing. Best restaurant food I've had in a long time! Thank you for your care in putting this menu together

Overall, a tasty lunch and a fun location. We ate outside within view of the river on a beautiful summer day. However, there were some mistakes in our order and my bubble tea was very oversweetened. Also, not sure why the Santa Fe salad comes with walnuts. But the waitstaff were very pleasant and prompt in solving any problems.
