“I’ve dined at Michelin starred restaurants throughout the world and this is one of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had in Michigan. The food is amazing and service was impeccable. The scallop, lamb lollipop, and seared foie gras were my favorite dishes but the entire tasting menu was delicious.”

“We had a great time at Bowdies! We sat upstairs and our server Lian (?) was so attentive and polite. Ww ordered the scallops for an appetizer which was soooo very good. We shared the Cowboy Ribeye and that meal was so very tasty! Our evening was fun and we enjoyed our meal! 10/10!”

“First time here, and the food was delicious. The chicken came out quickly, so quickly, I was concerned it would be dry from sitting around. Instead, it was juicy, succulent, and perfectly seasoned (not too salty). Shared sides of grits, greens, coleslaw, and delicious pickles. Mac and cheese was good, but not $18 good. I prefer my grits a bit finer and creamer, but still ended up scraping the bowl! View of the river was lovely and am sure would be wonderful to sit outside on a warmer day. Would love to make this place part of a regular dining rotation, but thought it was a bit pricey even by today's standard.”

“The vegan options are amazing! Came here two days in a row of that tells you anything. ? We got the cheesy vegan breadsticks (I recommend asking for light in the cheese), the giant pretzel with a side of vegan ranch. And for our pizza we got the vegan pepperoni and sausage, plus banana peppers and spinach. Divine! And the best part is the very fun and friendly staff. Highly recommend.”

“Ida's is a wonderful establishment! The environment is cozy, comfortable & clean. The staff are friendly, cheerful and pleasant. Even when a medical emergency took place, the staff continued to care for their other customers. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and the food was still freshly made with reasonable proportions and delicious!Dietary restrictions: We both have food allergies and they were very accommodating.”

“This place has amazing pizza and amazing service. It’s a fun place for a drink with a friend or two or with a group! We were in town from Chicago for the weekend celebrating a friend’s birthday and were so happy with our choice on the first night. Anna was such a great server and so down to earth and fun! “Food was delicious. I love my custom made mushroom, Swiss burger they make for me. Have been going to The Butler since 1979 every summer and spring. The waitstaff is accommodating and friendly. The Butler has always been my go-to restaurant in Saugatuck! They always make me feel at home.”

“We have visited several area restaurants, this by far was the best service experience we have had. We ate at the bar and this bartender here was just fantastic! And the cream of Squash soup ..i could eat it everyday, just awesome. Nice people!”

“Quaint little place with delicious food! My friend had the chicken shishkabob wrap and said it was great. I had a Chicken wrap and the ingredients tasted fresh; very filling meal. They let us try some pierogis, which were delicious. They also have a great chai tea latte! Best part was how dog friendly the staff was. I definitely recommend giving Siena Cafe a try!”
