Blue Star Barns - COFFEE & BIKES is a local spot right off the highway, steps away from the bee-line trail. The atmosphere is cool, very chill, and well decorated for the season, with a large and relaxing courtyard. Staff are kind, genuine, and helpful. The hot mocha latte was delicious and not too sweet. Coffee and lattes are excellent. Best sourdough bagel on earth. A cinnamon roll with cinnamon apples on the bottom and a moist raspberry muffin were both delicious. Excellent goodies are most locally sourced or served up in-house. The location also features a full service bike rental and repair, great parking, and an Austin style breakfast taco truck out front. Breakfast tacos are a delicious addition. There is great merchandise, yummy pastries, and take home treats and goods, including coffee and flowers from a local farm. This is a great place to support a local business.
