AMAZING!!! Service is quick and workers are always in a good mood- even at 6:30 in the morning!I was reading other reviews that are TOTALLY FAKE! Like â hot chocolate is watered downâ umm there is NO water in it! Just milk and syrup and itâs delish! Also âdrive thru closed only outdoor walk up openâ THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE!! The staff at this particular Biggby (Saugatuck) are always very pleasant and have never gotten my order wrong. They are patient, never make you feel rushed, read back the order, and take the time to smile, even when it's very busy.
