Beau (also known as Bo) is a great bartender and manager who makes amazing, creative craft cocktails along with traditional great old fashioned drinks. He recommended other places to go around town and was easy to talk with. First timers can't wait to go back. The cocktail flight is a fantastic deal. Specific drinks like a turtle hot cocoa and a nutty gentleman were extremely yummy, and great zero proof drinks are also available. For bourbon lovers, there are hard-to-find bourbons and tasting-room-only bottles with deep flavor and good complexity. Pours are generous, and the experience feels personalized without being pretentious. The jazz music is a great touch that adds to the vibe. Guests can also purchase bottles to take home. Highly recommend stopping by to sip something special or enjoy the laid-back tasting room vibe.
