Just stopped into the New Holland Spirits tasting room in Saugatuck and had a fantastic experience. This spot is absolutely worth a visit if you’re anywhere near the area — especially if you’re into craft spirits or hard-to-find bourbons.
The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the staff behind the bar really know their stuff. I had a few pours of their higher-end bourbons — things you can’t just find on a store shelf — and I was genuinely impressed....

New Holland Distilling in Saugatuck is a cool little spot that's definitely worth a visit. They offer a wide variety of creative cocktails, all featuring New Holland's own spirits. While they don’t have their beers on tap here, the focus on their spirits makes for a unique tasting experience. You can also purchase bottles to take home, which is a nice bonus. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall atmosphere even more enjoyable. Great place...
