Great experience through out! Service, food, environment all fantastic. Came for date night with the wife for a birthday dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Tom our waiter gave great recommendations and we kept ordering more plates to keep trying out more of their menu. Great date night meal!

Amazing food! Service was outstanding. Tom was our server. He was attentive, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve had!

The food was delicious. Only downside was charging $2 for jam for toast. What? If you seeve toast, something to go on it is normal. It's the same as charging for ketchup to go with fries.

Excellent lunch and great table service provided by Tom! We will be back soon!

Lovely leisurely dining experience without pressure (despite the fact that the dining room became very busy as we dined). Food was delicious - favorite of mine will be filet mignon flatbread :) Bartender created a great mock cocktail for us . Lovely!

Great food and fantastic service in a simple but sophisticated dining room. Great menu with a variety of choices that suited all of our party. The steak was cooked perfectly and the Firecracker Brussels sprouts were the best ever!
Good selection of wine - the sparkling Michigan rose was especially good.
The service from Tom our waiter was first class.
Many thanks Simon, Niki and Jasmine (from England)

Do yourself an enormous favor and avoid this restaurant at all costs.

We are in town for a girls’ weekend, and were excited to try this cute place out.

Our first clue should have been that it was half empty for Saturday brunch when every other place had long waits. We sat down, ordered coffees and a tea.
Strange things right off the bat: there was only Sugar in the Raw. I requested sweetener, and was told “we’re old school. Nothing like that here.” My friend asked for the tea selection, and the irritated waiter told her there were too many types to tell her. I requested a glass of ice, and the waiter rolled his eyes. (I never got this ice despite asking 3 times.”

The waiters were borderline outright rude, service was non-existent (no one ever asked if we wanted more coffee), and food was just okay. Very long waits.

The waiter/bartender was loudly bad-mouthing people calling to try to make a reservation.

This place is just unfriendly. So many other places to choose from, so do that!

If you are interested in being treated with courtesy or getting any level of service, I wouldn’t recommend this place. One member of our party was criticized for asking what kind of tea they have and then our waiter literally walked away from the table when we were mid sentence asking about an item. When he finally returned, we then waited nearly 40 minutes for four breakfast items. We never got coffee refills and it took about 20 minutes to get the hot water for the aforementioned tea. Just no. There are much better places that don’t have this attitude. The food isn’t that good regardless.

I had my daughter’s bridal shower in the restaurant on 10/12. I worked with Alysse on all aspects. I would highly recommend Lady Bird for any kind of event. The service, food, drinks and atmosphere were fantastic. Alysse was easy to work with, very competent, professional and oversaw the event. We also stayed upstairs in the air bnb which was very roomy, lovely and so convenient.
We got multiple compliments throughout the event on the space, food and service.
I would not hesitate to go back for a meal or an event, it is a very charming place.

We came here last night to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We chose this restaurant for our last night in Saugatuck because the menu looked very impressive. The steak and salmon were amazing!!
While the food did not disappoint the service was just ok and for a pricy restaurant we expected better. Not very welcoming and didn’t pay attention to detail which is the reason for the 4 stars.

Lady Bird seemed to have a lot of promise from their menu and we really liked the vibe of the interior, but were a little let down. To start, it’s very noisy. We sat on the bar side and the echo from the bar sounds and all the talking made me feel a little on edge the whole time. Main dining room was also very loud. I think it could easily be solved with some drapes or some other sound absorption. The food itself was okay. I got a pesto pasta with bacon, peas, and green beans and it was swimming in olive oil. It hurt my stomach to eat and ended up not finishing. The flavor was okay but nothing special and needed an acid or spice element to break up how heavy it felt. My partner got the burger and said it was okay. The fries were good and I did enjoy my margarita. Overall I think if we ate outside and ordered other items we may have been happier but wouldn’t go back for dinner.

Staff was extremely rude. Tables around us were complaining about not receiving their food that they ordered. Waited over an hour for our drinks. Once we did get are food it was okay. Wasn’t work the prices. Just very disappointing.
