New Holland Distilling in Saugatuck is a cool little spot that's definitely worth a visit. They offer a wide variety of creative cocktails, all featuring New Holland's own spirits. While they don’t have their beers on tap here, the focus on their spirits makes for a unique tasting experience. You can also purchase bottles to take home, which is a nice bonus. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall atmosphere even more enjoyable. Great place...
I’m past years we’ve taken our two little dogs and sat on the patio (actually two tables in the street). Was ordering two cocktails this year and the bartender told us they don’t allow dogs in the patio. He offered that drinks could be ordered to go. I didn’t want to walk and drink a cocktail. That’s fine. I respect rules. I would suggest that the new no pet policy be posted. We are last year in Holland at the brewery on the patio and dogs were allowed....
