This place was great, a great sense of community. Everyone connected with each other, strangers from far or near can gather and become friends. And they have keno which was fun too. They even had tequila high noons!! Best jack and coke ratio I’ve ever received at a bar. I usually try to avoid ordering them when I’m out because most bartenders can’t get the ratio right so I was really happy when it was perfect. Had a really nice time here.

Great little bar!! It was standing room only but definitely a place to go again!!
We stopped by for a drink with our puppy. The bartender told us that it was ok for her to be there. She was sleeping under our stools. The manager came in and in essence kicked us out. Thought that we had found our “Cheers”but we will never step foot in that bar again!

Didn't have food. Draft beer. Dark and woody decor in the style of worn formica from 50's. Why do I love this place? BTW best jukebox Playlist ever! If you love beer, hot dogs, and bluesy rock music this is your place.

Everything about this bar is a negative 10,000. We came here as a late night spot after a LGBTQ wedding and were subjected to homophobic comments and passive aggression from both the staff and the local patrons. I’d like to add that this was a wedding of 180 people, we brought an incredible amount of revenue into the bar and they waited until closing time to be hateful and disrespectful. I’m disgusted and appalled by the behavior I witnessed. To benefit off of the most important day in two people’s lives and then commit a hate crime is insane and the opposite of why we chose to come to Saugatuck to celebrate. Can’t say enough about how trash the staff and this experience was.

This bar reminded me of nearly every dive bar in the wisconsin area, but in michigan. The staff was polite and prices (for that area) were reasonable. However, I'm not sure the staff knows what drink prices are because my drink was $2 more than the same drink served to a friend in my group.
