We recently had a surprise birthday party in our home. We ordered catering from Wicks. The pizza, wings and salad were all delicious. Our guests really enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!

wouldn’t come back. We got seated in the back of the restaurant away from everyone, the bartender kept interrupting our dinner even though we were not seated at the bar. He poured my drink and spilled it all over our table, and never cleaned it up. I had to get up and ask for a napkin from a different bartender. Then I recieved the wrong food, had to send it back to get what i ordered. Once it finally arrived it was cold. This is what they gave my boyfriend as a “Tuna Melt” yet it wasn’t melted in the slightest? However, drinks were delicious and the chicken tenders were delicious. Not delicious enough to return for poor service, cold food and tuna “melts”.

My husband and I visited here last night. We’ve been here several times before usually not to eat. They always have music and it’s usually pretty talented people. It’s a fun atmosphere although last night when we were there, we decided to have dinner. My husband is not a fan of spicy food and he asked if the fish tacos were spicy and he was told no I ordered a salad with steak on it cooked medium is what I requested. We ended up with fish tacos that were in edible because they practically set your mouth on fire and my salad was also super spicy and my meat was rare. It was obvious we hadn’t ate much of our meal, but the waitress didn’t offer to try to do anything about it. In addition to the cost of the food and drinks. There is the fact that I ordered a mule and it was $14 I don’t mind spending money to go out to eat and have a couple drinks but $100 and we couldn’t eat. Our food was a bit much. The entertainment was great. We did listen to that for a while but I think they need to reevaluate what they’re charging listen to their customers if they say they don’t like spicy food and maybe offer to do something if If you don’t like your food? Sometimes you get the feeling when you’re there that it’s just a hang out for locals and that they really don’t care if you’re there spending your money or not.

Wicks Park Bar & Grill is one of my favorite easygoing spots in Saugatuck. The food is consistently good, the drinks are solid, and there’s always a fun, friendly vibe. It’s the perfect place to grab a casual meal, hang out by the water, and run into people you know.

This place has the best chicken lettuce wraps you’ll ever eat. The noodles and pickled carrots are *chefs kiss*. Honorable mention to the delicious beer cheese pretzel. If you’re into fruity drinks, the Bachelorette is a must try. Service was great and the vibes were good.

I came here with friends on Saturday and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with our waitress, Noel. She accidentally lost my friend’s debit card, and we spent about 15 minutes searching for it. Noel took down my friend’s info, said she would comp her meal, and mentioned that if the card turned up, she would mail it to her.
Right as we were getting ready to leave, Noel found the card. When we asked if she would still honor comping the meal (given the stress and inconvenience), she responded with “uhhh no” in a rude tone and walked away. A few moments later, she went into the back and began mocking us — we could clearly see and hear it.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night out. Management should be aware of how their staff is treating customers.

Service was slow. Atmosphere is nice. Food looks like it will be good but really is ok at best. Kids Mac and cheese was dry microwaved Kraft? With shredded cheese on top. Hot chicken sandwich was terrible. Tuna melt was bland. I will not be returning.
