Your hostess was rude on July 5th when we tried to get a seat for dinner. She let multiple people in after she said no more seating for our party. Are you guys blatantly racist as a whole? Or just Curley Sue (the hostess) not her name.

Very rude experience. I’ve been coming to Saugatuck for 30 years and never been spoken to like the bartender who literally screamed and was rude that they didn’t open till noon while we walked in for lunch at 11:37a.

Tons of flies on the side patio. Points for being dog friendly- food was not great quality- overpriced. Service was good

Food was beyond terrible. Mostly inedible and the service was on par with the food. I ordered a bowl of French onion soup as a spritzer which showed up two minutes before the entrees arrived. No great loss as it was over stewed and flavorless. The spicy chicken sandwich was swimming in grease and my wife’s grilled chicken sandwich was dry and where was our server???? Should have walked out. This place is lipstick on a pig.
The music was obnoxiously horrible and loud . The food was not worth the wait whatsoever and the food was most definitely not worth sitting next to the horrible band.

I only ate outside (twice) on the dog-friendly front patio. I tried the very generous portion of chicken tenders. The crust was perfect! I also had the grilled (3) fish tacos with chips & salsa. So delicious! Service was great both times. Right on Water St., so lots of people watching. Prices are appropriate for waterfront dining. Paying by credit card is 3% extra.
