Ordered a burger combo with a root-beer shake. Burger and fries were fine. Shake took a little longer to make and then they had some issues with making it. I was given something between a shake and a slushy and because they were unable to make me another (ran out of something) they gave me a free glass or root-beer to make up for it.

I visit this establishment daily for coffee and often a snack. My family is always treated well and the service is always great. The management and staff have taken the extra time to involve themselves with us bringing that nostalgic family welcoming A&W feeling. Thank you A&W.

The signs on the doors said it was open, there was staff inside but they were just fooling around on their cellphones but the doors were locked? This was at 10PM and all signage said they were open until 11 for dine in or drive through.
Always great breakfast. Lady that serves me is top notch. Highly recommend.

I stopped by A&W today and tried the cod burger — and honestly, it was amazing! The fish was fresh, the burger was nice and hot, and every bite was delicious. The staff were super friendly too — the girl who took my order was so sweet, and the guy working there really knew how to make customers feel welcome. Plus, I have to say, the place was spotless. The washrooms were super clean, probably one of the neatest spots I’ve seen on Great Northern Road. Overall, great food, great service, and a really clean place. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered the food with masala veggie wrap and I asked to have everything in the lettece wrap but she said she can’t add even the buns and denied for the refund as well and take the order return. The girl(sakshi) who doesn’t know anything about the Customer service; how to speak to customers and very very rude, literally do not give your order to her(sakshi). Then, later i asked to see the manager and he understood and made it rightaway. Please be aware or go to 659 GNR. Thank you
