“While visiting the U.P. on vacation (8/19/2025)we were wanting some Greek food. Zorbas restaurant was closed, so we googled 'Gyros' in Sault St Marie and 'Motown Nates' popped up. I'm SO glad we stopped - the GYROS were flippin' amazing ! Before ordering I asked if they were 'authentic' ... and man, they did not disappoint ! The portions were large and the tzatziki sauce was 'spot on' ! Great Job Motown Nates from Marshfield, Mo !!”

I've been looking for a gyro, this is the place. The tzatziki sauce was amazing. One of the best I've ever had. The wood fired pizza was packed with flavors. And our baklava cheesecake was to die for. I can't say enough about this place. I will be back to try other items.”

“This place is PHENOMENAL! The crust is clearly homemade, and all of the ingredients are freshly prepared and are actually real ingredients. Like the pineapple comes from a pineapple and not a can. The bacon tastes like I cut and cooked it myself. I absolutely adore the quality of food here, and we’ve been eating here consistently for over a year now and they’ve never disappointed. In addition- the service is fantastic. The owner is a nice guy, but so are all of his staff. The best pizza place in town, no questions asked.”

“If you've never really been in a room with the smell of a good wood burning fireplace? Because not all burnt wood smells are the same! This place smells of comfort and a disarming relaxation that I can't describe beyond what a great firewood smelling place to rest my weary bones at. The pizza was a good thick dough, not a deep dish just made thick if you like a good thick perfect crust with a little blend of garlic throughout. At least on their Hercules. What a very enjoyable lunch at a place, I probably never will be again, but if I could, I'd eat lunch there every day just for the atmosphere. Although the service was decent in the quality of the pizza I got was excellent, the atmosphere just struck a chord with me it took me to a very tranquil state of being to be completely honest with you..”

“We visited yesterday for the first time! Wow!!!! The absolute best customer services (super friendly) and the best ice cream! The young gentleman making rolled ice cream was trying a new flavor for the week and visited with us the entire time! When he was done he handed it to us and let us be the first to try the new flavor! He had the best personality and the sweetest heart! We can't wait to visit again! BTW the Fruity Pebble rolled ice cream flavor was hands down 10 out of 10! Gillette, Wyoming”

“Great place just outside of town to the east, with an extremely cool atmosphere and great service. It is expensive though - two drinks and a burger with a side was 40$ before tip.”

“We hit this place up almost daily when we come up to visit. The coffee is good, a little light on the flavors but it makes it not too sweet. The food has been good the few things we have tried and the in house baked items have been really good as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is pretty fast for how busy they always are.”

I arrived ten minutes after they opened to a dismissive dude, I asked about a specific stick he didn’t seem interested in selling anything so I left… the bar looked cool, I would have enjoyed it but just didn’t feel like a welcoming place imo.

Day crew does excellent work but a lot of times at night my orders haven’t been correct or the food wasn’t as good or hot as if you were to go there for lunch. They still deserve 5 stars because of the freshness of their food though. The male manager (can’t remember his name) is the best, he’s always happy to serve me.”

“9-ish AM on a Tuesday morning we stopped for breakfast. We got 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. The drinks were done first, very quickly. The sandwiches took a bit longer. It wasn't so long it was an issue. The only problem was that our sandwiches came out at different times and my guests sandwich came out with another for a different order. The person from the other order grabbed my guests sandwich. It was just an annoying inconvenience that I felt could've been avoided if orders came out together. Everything tasted good and was hot and satisfactory.”

Super crispy outside, soft inside and the sauce was full of flavor !
Could've been a little more spicy, but I just got some chili oil to add to it.
Excellent service, they even made their own hot mustard in house! They bring out egg drop soup to start, which wasn't bad at all and I'm usually not a fan.
Not a big fan of the pot stickers or the crab Rangoon. Barely any filling & just not my fav.

“The buffet had a good selection of food...even for the most picky eater, at the price of what a normal dinner would cost. It tasted good...some dishes better than others, typical of any buffet. They were constantly bringing out food throughout our time there, so it was fresh.”
