Ordered the Whiskey Bacon Burger well done (I can't eat red or pink meat) & unfortunately it came out quite pinkish. We returned it & asked for well done. I didn't have to wait long & the manager brought the burger out & apologized. It came back perfect, still juicy & delicious!! To our surprise, the manager took my burger off our bill - thank you!!! Now that's customer service!!
Michael was awesome. I got car side to go and he was the best service I could ask for. Keep up the good work, Michael.
