“The Alpha Bar is next door to Zorba’s Greek American Restaurant, so the owner has a doorway between his two establishments. You can order from Zorbas menu and have it served at the bar. We ordered tyropita to accompany our cocktails. An excellent choice! Our bartender was congenial, the atmosphere was pleasant, and we enjoyed stopping in for a nightcap.“
“313 is a great space! It’s perfect for events but also a great place to just hang at the bar. Highly recommend for your holiday party or shower, the space is huge but can also be used for an intimate vibe. The owners are awesome people and are super easy to work with in planning. “Some friends and I came into Austin's very late last weekend and the Dominick the bartender was very knowledgeable with cigars and whiskeys. We may have outstayed our welcome, but Dominick was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you're looking for a place to settle down with some friends to play cards while enjoying fine whiskeys and equally enjoyable cigars.“

“We visited during the summer and sat outside with our dog. We were happy to see they were dog friendly. We got beer and pizza and we're happy with both. There's a rooftop beer garden with a really pretty view of the water. It's very close to the locks, so you can see and hear the ships locking through. But watch out for the horns! They are super loud!“
“Stopped in on a visit to town - came in just as it opened in the evening. Extremely friendly staff, really good drinks, and all well priced. Will 100% come back next time we're in town! Also - ask for a Colorado Bulldog. Coke, milk, Kahlua, and Vodka...like a boozy root beer float!“

“I remember when this bar was being built in the early 90s. Needless to say, I've been there many times in the past. I've always liked it and it's my 2nd most favourite bar in the city (next to Top Hat) because I like to play pool when I drink. I find as soon as you show signs of impairment they cut you off. Which is the right move. I'll give it 5 stars.“
“This place kind of looks like a dump, but the food is excellent and that’s why they’re busy, even though it’s located on Sugar Island; which isn’t very populated. Recommend the burgers. The service is pleasant, but slow. They used to have a view of the Soo, being on the hilltop, but property owners nearby, let all the trees grow and the view is no longer. Friday and Saturday nights are packed. Check out this gem.“
