“Took 45 minutes with a bunch of confusion to get a burger and fries. The waitress with kind and accommodating but some of the waitresses we’re eating in the back in the kitchen as we waited.“

“We went here after dinner for drinks. By the time we arrived, it was dark so we didn't see the view except for the lights on the bridge. We'll need to go back during daylight. The hotel activities sheet said they had piano music that night, but it was actually guitar. It was nice background music. The chandelier is very nice and quite unique. Service was very good.“

“We enjoyed drinks from the Geranium Bar on the porch, in the rocking chairs. The view is wonderful. We were staying at the hotel, so we went to the porch in late afternoon after the visitors had left. It wa very relaxing at that time. The drinks were really good. I had a Cherry Splash and my husband had an Old Fashioned with an 1887 ice cube, the year the hotel opened.“

“One of the oldest buildings in Michigan dating back to the 1780’s. Food and apps are killer! Service is great food comes out quick and hot. The ambience of the building is really cool. Military and law-enforcement discount. Super veteran and law-enforcement friendly. This is a great American establishment in one of the oldest Michigan buildings! I truly look forward to coming here every single year we’re on vacation! This is a staple on our trip!“
