There were only a few places open in the winter off-season, but Mustang is hands-down the best food we tried on our day trip to Mackinac. The chicken was deep fried to crispy perfection while the brisket was soft, tender, and dripping with flavor. We had a great time and would absolutely come again.
We came in the winter (late February) with our dog. Originally, we were going to get takeout and sit somewhere and eat because of our dog, but they were super kind and opened the patio up for us so we could sit in a semi-warm place and eat. Awesome service, cool people and will definitely be returning when we come back to Mackinac!

We went during the off season so not many other options were available lol.All our servers were super accommodating to us and our two kids which I always appreciate! Food was alright! Pizza was really yummy! My son had a hot dog THREE times. He seemed to enjoy it. We got some other food options and everything was pretty good overall but if you want "healthy" this isn't the place haha.
