In my opinion, your employee Robert Brown has no manners when it comes to hospitality and customer service. He is very arrogant and should leave his bad attitude at the door. In my personal interaction with Mr. Brown, it is my belief that he shouldn't be working in a family restaurant type setting. I will not recommend your restaurant to family, friends and coworkers.
They took such great care of our group! The food was delicious and the servers and staff were fantastic!
