Great drinks/friendly staff but the wait times are awful. Plan to sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes. They should hire more staff so the employees aren’t so swamped. It isn’t their fault corporate won’t allow more hands on deck.
It’s often quite busy here, as this is one of the few larger coffee chains in town. I don’t mind waiting; I like the Teddy Bear Latte.
Our recent visit to the coffee shop, though unplanned, proved to be exceptionally memorable. The staff's outstanding service and insightful recommendations of their signature beverages significantly enhanced the experience. We found the time spent there to be highly rewarding.
