Great drinks/friendly staff but the wait times are awful. Plan to sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes. They should hire more staff so the employees aren’t so swamped. It isn’t their fault corporate won’t allow more hands on deck.
Our recent visit to the coffee shop, though unplanned, proved to be exceptionally memorable. The staff's outstanding service and insightful recommendations of their signature beverages significantly enhanced the experience. We found the time spent there to be highly rewarding.
We don’t have BIGGBY Coffee back home in Tennessee, so I made this my go-to spot while visiting Sault Ste. Marie. I ended up stopping by three different times during our trip!
Their menu offers a fantastic variety. I tried the Mint Mocha, Snickerdoodle, and the Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte. The Mint Mocha was definitely the standout for me, and my wife absolutely loved her Mango Blood Orange Creme Freeze.
