I get the same drink every time. Sometimes its $7 sometimes its $8 this leads me to believe certain employees are automatically adding a 1 dollar tip for themselves.The quality of said drink also varies on who is making it.Certain employees are very friendly, others barely acknowledge you. The bogo coupons are honestly why I keep going here.When you get one of the good employees the place is great, if they got rid of the bad ones the place would be much better.

I used to love this place but unfortunately I am about sick and tired of being hounded for tips. You put a cup under a machine and push a button and hand me my drink. Since when is it protocol to tip some who is getting paid to do their job? I Will no longer be going here the tip thing is just ridiculous !

Delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches! A couple delightful Biggby employees brought complimentary coffee to our place e of business which was a wonderful and much appreciated surprise. Always great quality coffee and friendly cheerful faces at the Sault Sainte Marie Biggby!! Thank you!

Snotty girls with two brain cells left trying to run a coffee shop*Edit* iced matcha wasn't mixed, tastes like toxic waste ? matcha isn't supposed to have chunks floating at the top.Swiped my points card and told me I have less points than before?Not to mention big girl with the fro gave some side eye.Hopefully the owner figures out that some people don't belong in customer service.

As us Americans know Bbgbby coffee shop as a chain, Ive noticed such a small town vibe! So personable and good to costumers The manager Tara who gave me the grace of playing music in the shop, takes alot of pride in her job and cares for her team. !! Good food,great coffee.

I was there for over 15 mins in the drive-through just to get a drink.It has been like this EVERY time I stop.
The review would not let me leave 0 stars which was how much service I received. Could not tell you about the taste. I stood at the counter for just roughly four minutes while three people where in the back doing dishes. One employee looked at me when I came in and then was never even talked to as no one came up to help. Went elsewhere and was taken care of quickly. Thanks for nothing other then wasting my time and letting me know how important your customers are.
