I wish you have option to mark this Arby’s location in negative. I’ve been told by my friends the food here really nice but I have always had bizarre experience with Arby’s located in SSM @GNR. The staff here is ridiculous they have no idea about customer service. For the first time I went, they were decently staffed there were no cars on drive thru no delivery orders just 4 customer at counter still after 40 mins my turn didn’t come and I left without ordering. Second time, they’ve ask me to wait for some time lady on counter told me they are not accepting orders I’ve requested her to let me know when she can and after waiting for 10 minutes they took order of 2 gentlemen who came after me. I’ll mannered and slowest as hell. Don’t visit this store if you genuinely value your time because staff here don’t give a flying flower about customers.

In the short time I was there for lunch, the owner berated a delivery guy, gave staff a hard time and talked down to them. She is so disrespectful. Do better lady.

Family of 3 turned away at 9:15pm on a Friday night. Arby’s used to have good customer service and was a quiet place to eat in …. Front door was open - sign said open till 11pm. Started our order, while my son filled up ketchup cups - suddenly told we couldn’t use the lobby as they just cleaned it and it’s closed. 9:15 pm; really! Our money walked out the door… won’t be going back !

Food dried out, even though I waited for it. Chicken fingers were tough. Baked potato was very good, but no much sour cream. Husbands beef on a bun was dried out.... must have been a bad day.
We are spoiled by the Chatham ontario store.

Got the ham and cheese sliders. The ham was fatty, and to borrow a term from another fast food joint. Where's the cheese just like with the beef and cheddar. A very small drop of cheese
Staff were friendly enough but the food seemed subpar. I haven't been to an Arby's in a long time, I wasn't too impressed with the flavor and meat quality. I don't generally eat fast food but Arby's use to kind of be a staple for what they do. Everything seems to suck now though, McDonalds doesn't taste anything like it did when we were growing up, Tim Horton's is completely different, and Arby's seems to have lost its touch too.

Last time I ate there the person taking my order told me that the beef n' cheddar was no longer on the menu and after I ordered what I had Wanted from this location I had A severe stomach ace from the food I received from this terrible location Personally I don't think I'll ever eat Arbys again. 0/10

It's no longer the roast beef they served years ago. It's now packaged roast beef and without the gravy. Disappointing since I hadn't eaten here for years.

I'm not sure about the atmospher because i used the drive through. The food is always good here but the wait at the drive through even just to pay is like at least 5 minutes. Worth it in the end though as it is one of a kind food not found anywhere else in the soo.
